10 simple home remedies for epilepsy, seizures or seizures: epilepsy is a neurological disorder that causes repeated seizures or seizures. Episodes of seizures can last a very short period over a very long period of time. So far the experts have not found the exact causes of epilepsy.
Epileptic seizures can be frightening, but they do not mean mental illness or intellectual disability. Also, not everyone who has seizures has epilepsy. At least two or more seizures within 24 hours need treatment.
Epilepsy is traditionally treated with anticonvulsive medications, these medications can not work for everyone, and come with the risk of side effects.
Some people with epilepsy want to eliminate their symptoms through natural remedies and alternative therapies. From herbs and vitamins to biofeedback and acupuncture, there are many home remedies to choose from.
Although some natural remedies are supported by science, many are not. Compared with conventional medicine, there is very little evidence to support natural remedies for epilepsy.
If you are interested in adding something new to your epilepsy treatment, talk to your doctor. They can help you evaluate potential benefits and risks, as well as suggest additional steps. You will find that some natural remedies can complement your current treatment plan.
